The butter knife has a stainless steel blade and a synthetic handle. The materials are of very solid quality. The blade is 1.2 mm thick, does not bend, and is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The handle is not made of bamboo, but of a strong synthetic material that is virtually indistinguishable from real bamboo. Additionally, the handle has been treated in such a way that it feels like real bamboo rather than a smooth synthetic material. The major advantage of this type of cutlery is that, unlike real bamboo, it can be safely washed in the dishwasher.

The butter knife is 14 cm long and features a smooth blade. This small spreading knife is used not only for butter, but also for tapenades, soft cheeses, pâté, etc.
