Sabre Paris – Colourful cutlery with character

Sabre Paris is a French cutlery brand, founded in 1993 by goldsmith Francis Gelb. His vision: to combine traditional craftsmanship with distinctive, colourful designs. From his studio in Paris, he developed his own style that has become synonymous with modern tableware with personality

Together with his wife Pascale, Francis further expanded the brand. The collections are designed with an eye for detail, shape and colour, where functionality and creativity go hand in hand. Sabre strives to reshape the classic table setting - surprising, elegant and playful.

One of the most famous lines is Bistrot , inspired by the atmosphere of Parisian cafés, restaurants and terraces. The cutlery has a recognizable, timeless look: visible riveted handles, a simple design, and a rich choice of colours and materials. This 24-piece set is offered by us in three versions: ivory, black and teak wood.

All components are handmade in our own workshop in France. The knives are made of shiny stainless steel; the handles of durable acrylic or teak. The set consists of:
